- the date of payment

- service being paid for and/or items  being purchased as applies.

If a username and password would be required to make the payment, include this in your mail. If need be, copy the link as it appears on your address bar and send same to us.

It should also be clearly understood that any forms to be filled out, (usually requiring personal information) must have have been filled out by you, the client. As such our duty is strictly a third party one which is to make a payment on your behalf.
